Gio's mark: thirteen linked rings around a coin with the Rivet mark at the center, after the reverse of the 1787 Fugio cent.
Gio & your data

What Gio can see, remember — and never do.

Gio answers from your organization's own records, under your permissions. This page is the boundary of every claim it makes.

Reads as you

Gio reads your organization's data exactly as you can — documents, connections, products, payments, treasury and reconcile status, tasks, recent activity. Never more than your permissions allow.

Your organization only

Never another organization's data. On shared history, steps on a counterparty's side are confirmed to exist — without exposing their contents.

Remembers only what you tell it to

Say "remember…" and it does. Everything it holds is visible, confirmable, and deletable in "What Gio knows."

What Gio keeps

Your conversation with Gio, the memory you can delete in "What Gio knows," the proposals it prepares, and the audit of what was done and who approved it. Never audio.

Acts only inside your authority

Gio acts only inside the authority you set. Above it, someone approves: the drafts, routing, reconciliation and payments it prepares wait for the person your policy names. Everything it does is on the record.

Search, honestly described

Finding conversations is word search across your own messages — exact words, not vibes.

Grounded in the verified record

Answers about history walk Rivet's tamper-evident record — the same history the product shows with the Verified by Rivet badge.

Dictation is your browser's

Tap the mic and your browser's own speech service turns your voice into text: Chrome sends the audio to Google, Safari to Apple. Rivet never receives the audio — only the words, once you send them. It listens only when you tap, and Firefox has no such service, so there is no dictation there.
